Presentational devices are used by film makers to add meaning to scene to improve the audiences view. Mise en scene is a french term used which basically means 'out on stage'. These are the things used that are seen on the stage.

1. expressions
2. props
3. makeup and costumes
4.position and movement of the above and characters
5. the setting
